| So this is a bit late since the show started last week but I have been putting it off for a bit but here goes. The show is produced by J.J Abrams production company Bad Robot and written by Steven Lilien, Elizabeth Sarnoff, and Bryan Wynbrandt. The show is a sci-fi drama which is J.J Abrams style. The cast consist of Jorge Garcia from LOST, Sarah Jones, and Sam Neill. The premiere was last Monday on Fox and it was a 2 hour premiere. The whole story is that Alcatraz was close in 1963 due to rising costs and all prisoners were transferred to other jails but that is not what really happened. The prisoners along with the guards disappeared from one day to another and never found until now. The prisoners are returning at present time but the weird thing is they have not aged and are still causing trouble. The other weird thing is where have they been? who took them? and why? The weird thing that we find out in the first episode is that Rebecca Madsen (Sarah Jones) partner was killed while chasing a suspect but who was that person they were chasing none other than her grandfather who she thought was a guard in Alcatraz but he was an inmate. Also there is the guy behind the curtain in 1960 Alcatraz who I know that he and the doctor have something to do with the disappearance of the inmates and guards. Well my only worry is that the show will start to take some twist that will leave us or basically me confused just like LOST and Fringe. As of now it is enjoyable and I leave it at that but recommend you watch it. | | |
| It's Wednesday and it means another Japanese word. Today's word is: Ouch/It hurts
ビール(Katakana), Biru (Romanji), it means "Beer" (English). Biru is used to order a beer in Japan it is saying beer but with a Japanese vocabulary so it is written in Katakana which means it is an English word.
Example: "Biru onegaishimas!!" (at a bar)
"Sapporo is a brand of Biru”

| I can finally now officially review the movie The Devil Inside without getting into trouble yay. Ok so I saw the movie in Nov and someone went to see it in Jan so they told me that somethings were different. You overall it remains the same. So here is my review. The movie is a mock-documentary that touches on the subject of exorcisms, catholic church, demons and processions. The story reminds me of a Paranormal Activity mixed with the rite. I loved the style of how it was filmed the only thing is that some things are not explained and it leaves you pondering. I just did not like the ending I thought it was too much like Paranormal Activity. The scary scenes are really scary and I loved them since I am a fan of getting scared. I thought the footage of the processions are scary and well done. I can't talk too much of the movie since I believe that somethings were edited since I saw the film. But I still recommend this film for those who enjoyed The Rite, Paranormal Activity, or any demon movies. Staying with this theme I want to know who has seen it or which scary movies you think are the best leave them in the comments.

可愛い (Kanji) かわいい (hiragana), カワイイ(Katakana), Kawaii (Romanji), it means "cute/Adorable/Pretty" (English). Kawaii is used to refer to something or someone cute. For an example you can use it to describe a cute girl or a adorable puppy. Example: "Sayumi Michishige is super Kawaii"
