Japanese word of the week #7 and Chinese word of the week #1

It's Monday-Tuesday and it means another Japanese word. Today's word is:

いってきます (hiragana), イッテキマス (katakana), 行ってきます (kanji + hiragana), Ittekimasu (Romanji), and “I’m leaving/I’m going” (English) this is used when leaving your home or a place that you will return to later. This is the informal way of saying “I’m leaving/I’m going”. This form is used when talking to you parents or friends but not with teachers or professionals.

Example:

"Okay, Ittekimasu"
